  1. Members of the Honorary Committee, Scientific Committee, special guests of the conference and PRELEGENTS are provided with free accommodation with breakfast in Wieliczka from
    20.05.2023 - 24.05.2023 and in Zabrze from 24.05.2023 - 26.05.2023. The check-in of the above-mentioned persons in hotels is handled by the organiser according to the information provided by the participants in the registration form. In Wieliczka this will mainly be the "Grand Sal" Hotel and in Zabrze the "Diament" Hotel.
    In the event of any changes, requests, enquiries, please let us know at: info@icmum.pl.
    Should the above-mentioned participants require additional accommodation, before 20.05.2023 or after 26.05.2023, please contact the chosen hotel individually and book the accommodation. The costs of the additional accommodation listed here are to be paid by the participant.

  2. Participants-listeners of the conference shall book accommodation in Wieliczka and Zabrze individually, according to their preferences.
    In order to facilitate reservations, room pools for conference participants have been pre-booked in the hotels listed below and lower prices have been negotiated.
    To make a reservation, please contact the hotel of your choice and make a reservation using the password "ICMUM2023".
    The conference organiser does not cover the cost of accommodation for participants-listeners.

  3. Accompanying persons (full and partial variants) will have their accommodation costs with breakfast covered by the organiser only if they arrive with the participants listed in point 1, provided
    that they check in with them in the same hotel room. Persons accompanying participants-listeners shall cover the costs of accommodation on their own, as well as themselves.

If a participant chooses a different place of accommodation in Wieliczka and Zabrze, and at the same time needs to use the conference bus transport from Wieliczka to Zabrze on 24.05.2023, please

The hotel is located 750 metres (8 minutes walk) from the Daniłowicz Shaft and 150 metres from the "Wieliczka Park" railway station. In the old days, there was a manor farm "Tur" in this place - hence the name of the hotel. In the 19th century, there was a brewhouse here, and then the C.K. Office of Shipping and Sale of Salt. The present building, carefully reconstructed, is reminiscent of classicism in its architecture and atmosphere. It is surrounded by a charming garden and a city park.
